Happy Birthday! The BC Injury Law Blog Turns Three
With many legal blogs having the lifespan of a fruitfly I guess this blog is officially over the hill at the ripe old age of 3.
On March 23, 2008 the BC Injury Law Blog was launched with this initial post discussing tort claims linking MS to trauma in British Columbia.  Since then this site has grown to over 875 articles addressing personal injury law developments in BC and throughout Canada.
So how should I celebrate? Â I won’t repeat my Clawbie runner-up jump in a partially frozen Canadian lake (I save that foolish move for New Year’s Day). Â Instead I’ll just keep writing. Â To all my visitors, thank you for making these efforts worthwhile. Â I’m looking forward to another year!

Congrats! Won’t running into a lake at this time of year be at least a tad warmer than it was on NY Day? You can get the same photo without as much sacrifice.

Thanks Tim, re: jumping in a cold lake, once a year is enough (even if it’s a tad warmer now).
Yours truly,
Erik
